Dr. A.N. Tripathy, Chief General Manager (HR and A & CC), THDC India Limited, visited the 444 MW Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project (VPHEP) on 11th November, 2025. On his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by Sh. V.D. Bhatt, Senior Manager (HR&A), at the Project Office, Pipalkoti.
During his visit, Dr. Tripathy chaired a review meeting with the HR and PR team of VPHEP. He took a detailed overview of the ongoing activities of the HR and PR departments, appreciated their efforts, and discussed the challenges being faced at the project site. He emphasized the importance of timely compliance with all statutory and government requirements and instructed the team to ensure effective implementation of HR and PR initiatives at the Unit level.
The meeting was attended by Sh. V.D. Bhatt, Sr. Manager (HR&A); Sh. Y.S. Chauhan, Manager (PR); Sh. Avinash Kumar, Assistant Manager (PR); Sh. Ahmed Reza, Assistant Manager (HR); Sh. D.S. Makhloga, Assistant Manager (HR); and Sh. G.P. Ghildiyal, Assistant Officer (Hindi).
Dr. Tripathy’s visit and interaction with the team boosted the morale of the officers and reinforced THDC India Limited’s commitment to operational excellence and proactive employee engagement at the Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project.
