She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Law Graduate. She has an experience of more than 13 years in the field of Corporate Laws and Governance. She has also handled the matters such as raising funds through debt securities and strategic sale of shareholding of Government of India. She is well versed in dealing the matters related to company law, SEBI Regulations, and other corporate laws.
