The evaluation of Company's performance against the pre-defined targets is done every year and performance rating is assigned in line with the guidelines issued by Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) on the five-point scale i.e.
5= Excellent
4= Very Good
3= Good
2= Fair
1= Poor
