As part of Vigilance Awareness Campaign-2025, a special awareness program was organized today at the Power House workplace of Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project (VPHEP) of THDCIL to educate workers about their rights.
Pamphlets were distributed among workers, providing detailed information about provisions under the Labour Act, PF/ESI Act, and other statutory entitlements. The objective of the program was to make workers aware of their legal rights and safety measures.
Around 200 workers actively participated in the program. On this occasion, Sh. Kamal Nautiyal, Deputy Manager (Vigilance), Sh. Sumit Tamta, Senior Manager (Vigilance), and Sh. Abhishek Singh Tomar, Assistant Manager (HR & Admin) sensitized the workers about their rights and provided useful insights.
Officials from the Human Resource Department, Power House, and Quality Control Department also participated in the program.
