THDC India Limited's Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project (VPHEP) marked an important milestone today with the inauguration of its newly established Record Office. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Sh. Ajay Verma, Chief General Manager and Head of Project (VPHEP), in the august presence of Sh. K.P. Singh, General Manager (TBM/S&E), and Sh. P.S. Rawat, General Manager (Power House).
On this occasion, Sh. Ajay Verma extended his heartfelt congratulations to the HR & Admin Department for successfully setting up the Record Office for VPHEP. He emphasized that the new facility will play a vital role in maintaining, preserving, and facilitating access to archival documents and records, thereby ensuring greater transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency in the project.
Sh. V.D. Bhatt, Senior Manager In-charge (HR&A), along with Sh. Ahmed Reza, Assistant Manager (Record Officer), briefed the employees about the processes and procedures to be followed for submitting and managing old and archival records in the newly inaugurated Record Office.
The event witnessed the presence of several senior officials, including Sh. R.P. Mishra (AGM I/c Dam), Sh. O.P. Arya (DGM, CO/B&R), Sh. Ajay Kumar (DGM, G&G), Sh. B.C. Chaudhary (DGM, Quality Control), Sh. Anil Nautiyal (DGM, HM), Sh. Abhishek Singh Tomar (Asst. Manager, HR&A), Sh. Avinash Kumar (Asst. Manager, PR), and Sh. D.S. Makhloga (Officer, HR&A).
The establishment of the Record Office is a key initiative under VPHEP's administrative reforms and will support efficient data management across departments, benefiting both current operations and future reference needs.
