Pipalkoti | 4th August 2025: THDC India Limited achieved another significant milestone in the construction of 444MW Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project.
(VPHEP) by lowering the stay ring of Unit#2 at Powerhouse. The stay ring halves were assembled using cyclic welding and stress-relieved at the service bay, followed by non-destructive testing. After completion of first stage concreting, today the stay ring of Unit #2 has been placed at its respective location.
The event was graced by Key project team including Shri Ajay Verma, Head of the Project (VPHEP), Shri K.P.Singh , GM (TBM/Social & Environment), Shri Ravindra Singh Rana, AGM (EM), Shri B.S.Pundir, AGM(planning & Safety), Shri A.K.Srivastava , AGM(F&A),Shri Sanjay Mamgain, AGM( HM), Sh. S.P.Dobhal , AGM (Power House), Shri Karan Bargali, DGM(EM), Shri Anil Raj, SM(EM) along with other senior officers and dedicated team members.
