1. Compliance Report:
As per condition stipulated in EC dated 21.08.2007, 25.04.2018 and 26.08.2021 six monthly compliance reports are regularly being submitted by THDCIL to RO-MoEF&CC as given in the table below. The same can also be referred from the Parivesh portal of MoEF CC.
2. Environment Statement (Form V):
In compliance to standard EC conditions {x(v)} stipulated in EC accorded by MoEF&CC vide dated 26.08.2021, Environment statement that is regularly being submitted to UEPPCB in the prescribed format i.e. Form-V is also being uploaded on THDCIL website and the same can be referred from link provided below.
This statement consists the details of waste generated such as solid waste and hazardous waste, water and raw material required and details of pollution abatement measures being taken up by project proponent in the Financial year.
