Rishikesh- 03.06.2021: THDC India limited organized vaccination drive for its employees, their dependents and contractual staff in the age group of 18 to 45 years at corporate office, Rishikesh. During the vaccination camp around 700 people were immunized with the first dose of Covid-19 vaccination. Sh. Vijay Goel, Chairman and Managing Director and Sh. J. Behera, Director (Finance) inspected the vaccination camp and advised all to strictly follow necessary Covid-19 guidelines. The vaccination campaign was organized under the guidance of Sh. Veer Singh, GM (P&A). Dr. Vibha Choudhary, Chief Medical Officer, THDCIL supervised the vaccination campaign. It is to mention that THDC India limited has also organized Covid-19 vaccination camps in April month for 45+ employees at various offices and project sites of THDCIL. Today, THDCIL is one of the premier power generators in the country with installed capacity of 1587 MW with commissioning of Tehri Dam & HPP (1000MW), Koteshwar HEP (400MW) in Uttarakhand, Wind Power Projects of 50MW at Patan & 63MW at Dwarka in Gujarat, 24MW Dhukwan Small Hydro Project, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh and 50 MW Solar Power Project at Kasaragod, Kerala to its credit.
