Rishikesh- 17.08.2021:Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDC India Limited, Sh. Vijay Goel, Director (Personnel) and Sh. J. Behera, Director (Finance), called on Sh. Pushkar Singh Dhami, Hon'ble, Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, at Dehradun Secretariat on Monday (16.08.2021). During the meeting, Sh. Vishnoi handed over a check of Rs. One crore on behalf of THDC for the Chief Ministers Disaster Relief Fund. On this occasion, Hon'ble Chief Minister appreciated the contributions being made by THDC in power generation through hydroelectric projects operated in the State and the cooperation being given by the corporation from time to time in disaster relief works. Today, THDCIL is one of the premier power generators in the country with installed capacity of 1587 MW with commissioning of Tehri Dam HPP (1000MW), Koteshwar HEP (400MW) in Uttarakhand, Wind Power Projects of 50MW at Patan 63MW at Dwarka in Gujarat, 24MW Dhukwan Small Hydro Project, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh and 50 MW Solar Power Project at Kasaragod, Kerala to its credit.
