Rishikesh- 14.12.2022:In the National level painting competition on energy conservation by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India,Uttarakhand state has bagged the first prize in Group-A category. THDC India Limited was the nodal agency for organizing state-level painting competition and coordinating for national-level painting competition for the Uttarakhand state. The Hon’ble President of India awarded the first prize to Ms. Bhawna Singh, a student of Acharyakulam School, Haridwar duringthe prize distribution ceremony on national energy conservation awards held on 14.12.2022 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Hon’ble Union Minister of Power, New Renewable Energy awarded a consolation prize to three students from Uttarakhand state. It is worth mentioning that, Uttarakhand state bagged a total number of 04 awards(one of the highest) in the national-level painting competition.
