Rishikesh-09.03.2019: Hon’ble Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the Khurja Super Thermal Power Project (1320MW) on 09.03.2019 at a ceremony in Greater Noida in the presence of Hon’ble CM, UP, Sh. Yogi Adityanath,  Hon’ble MoS(IC) for Culture and MoS for Environment & Forest, Govt. of India, Dr. Mahesh Sharma. Khurja Super Thermal Power Project (1320MW) at District Bulandshahr is to be implemented by THDC India Limited, a Joint Venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of UP.   On this occasion Sh. A.K. Bhalla, Secretary (Power), Govt. of India, Sh. D.V. Singh, CMD, THDCIL, Sh. H.L. Arora, Director(Technical), and Sh. Vijay Goel, Director(Personnel) were also present.
