Q4E competition was organized by the PowerHR forum in Corporate Office of Powergrid, Gurgaon on 20th february 2020. The theme for the event was "HR-Future Ready for AI (Artificial Intelligence). 11 teams from different power sector organizations participated in the event. THDCIL team comprising of following members-

bagged the first prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- in the the event. This is the first time that THDCIL has bagged this prestigious prize in the Q4E event. The prize was given away by the Director(HR) of POSOCO."
