Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDC India Limited during the unveiling ceremony said that THDCIL’s new Vision, Mission, and Values reflects THDCIL's commitment to stay aligned with contemporary ideals and ensuring a robust foundation for its future endeavors. Sh. Vishnoi further underlines their crucial role in the company’s progress and prosperity. In a significant move towards manifesting these principles, Sh. Vishnoi also laid the foundation for the Karm Mulya Park at the Corporate Office in Rishikesh. This symbolic gesture highlights the essence of THDCIL's Vision, Mission, and Core Values, serving as a tangible manifestation of the company's commitment to its guiding principles. During the occasion, Sh. J. Behera, Director(Finance), Sh. Shallinder Singh, Director(Personnel), Sh. Bhupender Gupta, Director(Technical) were present along with other senior officers and employees of the corporation. State-Of-The-Art Learning Management System, E-Gyan Sanchay was also inaugurated on this prestigious occasion. Sh. Vishnoi during the launch of this E-portal said that E-Gyan Sanchay symbolizes THDCIL's commitment to empower its workforce with comprehensive knowledge and skills essential for leading in the dynamic realm of Power Generation and beyond. Through E-Gyan Sanchay, THDCIL is poised to empower its Human Resource with the latest insights and strengths, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. This initiative underscores the company's dedication to attain excellence in all concerned sectoral areas ensuring that its workforce remains adept and well-prepared for the ever-changing business dynamics of the energy landscape. Highlighting THDC’s core competency in harnessing Energy across diverse verticals such as Hydro, Wind, Thermal, Solar, and PSP, THDCIL is consistently establishing new benchmarks through its unique State-of-the-Art technologies. THDCIL is one of the premier power generators in the country with installed capacity of 1587 MW with commissioning of Tehri Dam & HPP (1000MW), Koteshwar HEP (400MW) in Uttarakhand, Wind Power Projects of 50MW at Patan & 63MW at Dwarka in Gujarat, 24MW Dhukwan Small Hydro Project, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh and 50 MW Solar Power Project at Kasaragod, Kerala to its credit.
