THDCIL bagged second prize, for the first time, in Q4E Competition organized in the month of November 2018 at Powergrid, Gurgaon. The topic was “Generation Z @ work”. Total 12 teams participated in the event. THDCIL team comprised of following members-

      1. Ms. Mehak Sharma, Sr. Personnel Officer, Rishikesh

       2.  Mr. Ashish Pathak, Sr. Personnel Officer ,Tehri

      3.   Ms. Jayita Mondal, Sr. Personnel Officer , VPHEP,Pipalkoti

The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 50,000/-. The prize was conferred to the team by Sh. Vijay Mohan Kaul, Ex- Director (Personnel), Powergrid.
