Rishikesh- 29.10.2021: Sh. Vijay Goel, Director (Personnel) is superannuating on 31.10.2021. On this occasion, Corporation gave him a heartfelt Farewell on 29.10.2021. On this occasion Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, Sh. J. Behera, Director (Finance), Sh. B. P. Gupta, Chief Vigilance Officer and Sh. Veer Singh, GM(HR) were present. During the program, Sh. Goel gave his valuable suggestions, thanked everyone for their constant support and wished everyone a healthy and prosperous future. It is to mention that Sh. Vijay Goel also held the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of THDCIL from 01.05.2021 to 05.08.2021. Sh. Goel joined the corporation in the year 1990 as Sr. Personnel Officer (SPO) from NHPC Limited. He has more than 35 years of varied experience in the field of Human Resource Management. During his tenure as General Manager (PA), he was also In-charge of Corporate Communications, Law and Arbitration functions. His key areas of interventions are Policy formation, Manpower Planning, Establishment and Estate Functions, Employee Relations, compliance of labour laws and overall formulation and implementation of policies. He played vital role in putting in place initial HR systems immediately after the establishment of the corporation.
