During the ceremony, many eminent HR professionals, industry leaders, and bureaucrats were present. It is to mention that, the award is an acknowledgment of exemplary HR initiatives taken by Sh. Vishnoi in the field of Human Resource Management. Sh. Vishnoi is also discharging the additional responsibility of the Director(Personnel), THDCIL. He is known for his vibrant and dynamic leadership style with greater sensitivity towards stakeholder requirements.
